Do you find
yourself getting stuck for things to do with the kids during the summer
holidays? Does the Halloween break creep up on you leaving you stuck for
something to do with the kids? And does the prospect of a two-week break at
Easter leave you worrying about how to entertain the kids? Well if you answered
yes to any of these questions Playzone might have the perfect answer!
Here at Celbridge
Playzone we run camps during the school holidays, eight weeks during the
summer, two weeks during Easter and one week during Halloween. Our camps run
from 9.30 am until 2.30pm for children aged between 4 and 8. Our prices begin
at 90 euro per child and 80 euro for siblings thereafter working out at only
3.60 euro per hour! It would be a shame to let an offer like that pass you buy!
The camp staff
here at Playzone work hard in the run up to each camp to ensure that we have a
bundle of activities planned for the kids, ensuring not only value for money
but that you kids can have the best possible time. With themes dedicated to
each week your children will not only get the benefit of making new friends and
having fun at Playzone but they too will also have the opportunity to learn
about there specific theme, such as wildlife or life under the sea. At the end
of the day you know what they say, knowledge is power so what’s better than
sending your kids to camp knowing that not only will they have a great time but
they will get to learn some new and exciting facts in the process.
Dividing the
children into two separate groups depending on age allows the children to
engage with children of similar ages but also take part in activities, which
are age appropriate. We here at Playzone always seek to ensure that activities
are fun while also challenging in a positive manner in order to enhance your
child’s development. Our activities range from arts and crafts, games, dancing,
treasure hunts, baking and much much more ensuring that the kids will never be
board our camp days are jam packed full of activities.
If activities and
play on Playzone's play equipment hasn’t quiet sold it for you yet lets not
forget about our Party Day Friday! Every Friday during camp we encourage the
children to dress up if they want to as a way of expressing themselves and
getting creative at home. One Party Day Friday we play games including pass the
parcel and have a piñata for the kids not only for fun but also as a way of
letting us, the camp staff, show the children our appreciation and gratitude
for allowing us to have just as much fun as them during camp.
We here at
Playzone treat our camps as much more than a camp. We seek to ensure all
children have a great time while also ensuring that children have the
opportunity to be challenged in appropriate ways in order to enhance their
development. Not only that but we pride ourselves in being accommodating and
inclusive of all children who come through our doors. As long as your child is
toilet trained and can manage in the toilet, understand English and communicate
effectively with staff we would love to see them on camp!
Our staff are all
Garda Vetted, first aid trained and are aware of child protection guidelines as outlined by
Children’s First. You can be assured that when you trust us with your children,
we take that very seriously and will also ensure that that trust remains
unbroken. Call us now on (01) 627 3996 to book your space today!
Our Camp Co-Ordinator Siobhán had this to say about camp:
Our Camp Co-Ordinator Siobhán had this to say about camp:
“Camp
is more than just a babysitting service, it is a place where children can come
and make new friends, try new things and be challenged. It is important that
parents are aware that we as camp staff take our job very seriously but that we
always seek to have fun with the children, build positive relationships and
learn a thing or two from the kids. Not only is camp about letting your
children have a great time but the children we see on camp often encourage us
as staff to let our hair down and show us what it is like to be a child again.
Camp is not only an unforgettable experience for the kids but also for the camp
staff.”
Camp Leader Nicole had this to say about camp:
"I enjoy working with the kids but being on camp is about more than just that. Working with the kids who go to camp you can always count on them to brighten up your day, bring a smile to your face and make you laugh. Its tiring but no matter what I wouldn't have it any other way!"
Camp Leader Kim had this to say about camp:
"With every camp we meet new kid and its great to see so many new faces but with every camp we also get to see the kids who we have developed relationships with and bonded with, thats what makes it all worth while. Getting involved, playing with the kids and being a big kid ourselves makes it as fun for us as it is for the kids."
But don't just take our word for it, see what some of our customers had to say about camp here!
